The process to establish a European Core Curriculum in Cariology for Undergraduate Dental Students is finished now. A document is launched during the Opening Ceremony of the 58th ORCA Congress in Kaunas on 7 July 2011. This document is now available as online document of the European Journal of Dental Education. For ORCA members it will be available in the protected membership section of the ORCA website. Those who are interested in this document and are neither members of ORCA nor have access to the European Journal of Dental Education can address to one of the authors of this document. The authors are Andreas G. Schulte (andreas.schulte (at) med.uni-heidelberg.de), Nigel Pitts, Marie-Charlotte Huysmans, Christian Splieth and Wolfgang Buchalla.
